╭・✦・terms of service
001 International orders can be placed by email and through Vgen's service platform.
National orders (BR) can be placed by DM on my social media, email and on ko-fi.002 Regarding payment, only transactions via PayPal** or payment methods from the service platform will be accepted - no other form of payment will be accepted. For national (BR) orders, I will accept Pix.003 Orders must be paid in full, or at least 50% of the total commission amount.004 All orders will be placed digitally. They will be delivered by DM, email or drive within the deadline previously agreed with the client.005 The illustration will only be delivered upon full payment of the order - if it has not already been made.006 Please describe your order well and send references according to your request: poses, colors, specific objects, photos from different angles, expressions and/or images when requesting your order to avoid unnecessary rework.
